- 8 hours of our labor - onsite, offsite or a combination - you choose. This rate is more than 20% discounted! During this time we can do any of the following as time allows and you sense there is need:
- Access your BAS system(s) with you and get a feel for what your largest areas of need might be.
- Identify what is being done well and help you understand why.
- Identify some easy targets for improvement and help you understand why.
- Create a tutorial video to help staff know how to use at least the basics of your system.
- Tour your critical assets (power plants, boilers, chillers, large air handlers, etc.) and identify strong and weak points in those systems.
- Evaluate your data trending practices and see if there is room for improvement.
- Evaluate your alarming practices to see if critical alarms are handled well.
- Evaluate your current practices for mobile access (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.).
- Investigate any other BAS concerns you may have.
- Provide a simple report of what was done in the above items highlighting action steps and providing ballpark pricing for each area of concern for future budgeting.
